Photography and filming at BRIT Kids, Brooke Weston Trust

From time to time BRIT Kids, Brooke Weston Trust may take photographs and videos of children involved in our activities - lessons, performances, social activities. Occasionally we may use these photographs and videos for advertising purposes in various publications (e.g. local information guides, newspapers, magazines, and social media) as well as in our own in house publications including the BRIT Kids prospectus and The BRIT School and Brooke Weston Trust websites.

We will follow current guidelines on the use of photographs of children on the internet, ensuring that photographs and videos do not have any personal information about any child attached to them. We are unable to offer any remuneration for any photographs used.

We ask that you discuss this with your child before signing on their behalf (if under the age of 13). Please then sign and return the attached form showing you have read and understood the above information.

We will be unable to process your application without the form. We respect your child’s privacy; therefore, your consent or denial of will not affect your child’s application. Should the child applying be 13 it is now a legal requirement to gain their consent.
